At Fine&Candy’s website, when you are purchasing a product, it will be required for you to enter the address where you want it to be delivered. Our system will automatically calculate the delivery fee for the entered address and it will vary according to the country and the selected delivery option.

Where do we deliver our products?

Our products are delivered by the goods transport CTT but we also give the possibility of of picking up the products at our store located at Rua de Tanger 1356, 4150-721, Porto Portugal.

Fine&Candy delivers their products to Portugal and to the rest of the world. If you have any doubt, contact us via email: geral@fineandcandy.com.

Optionally, your order can be shipped by UPS Express service. In this case, the value of transport will be calculated at the check out of your order.

What is the order’s deadline?

If the product you ordered is in stock, the deadline will be 15 business days. Personalized items have 5 business days added to their deadline and we do not refund nor trades them.

Which payment methods do we accept?

Payments can be done by bank transfer, Paypal, Easypay - Payment Institution Ltd, credit card, ATM reference or American Express.

Can I cancel or trade my order?

We only trade the items that have manufacturing defects or are damaged. We usually process our orders within 1-5 business days. If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email to: geral@fineandcandy.com immediatly to obtain info on your order status. If the order was processed and sent you will have to return it so you can be refunded. The product must be returned in its original box and have no signs of usage within 14 days after its arrival.

The client will be responsible for the payment of their own transportation costs for the retrieval of the products, therefore, the costs will not be repaid and will be deducted from the refund.

We recommend using a monitored shuttle service since we cannot take responsibility for any lost products. If the product is damaged, we will contact you directly so you can take an appropriate action towards the shuttle service. For more information do not hesitate to contact our team.

Personalized products are not refundable.

Refunds are done in the next terms:

As soon as we receive the returned product, we will notify you via email whether the refund is approved or not regarding it’s condition. If it is approved, the refund will be given through the original payment method.
