Is my transaction secure?
Fine&Candy has the utmost care and concern with your privacy while you are doing your online shopping in our website. We will not share or sell your personal information to third parties and the information we have will only be used to contact you regarding your order, if necessary. Your personal details will not be published on the internet and all of it will be transferred to our servers. We appreciate your support!
In our website we provide you the option whether you want the product wrapped or not.
Do we charge sales tax?
All prices indicated at Fine&Candy’s website have the Portuguese tax (23% VAT) already included.
What is the order’s deadline?
If the product you ordered is in stock, the maximum deadline will be 15 business days. Personalized products have an additional 5 days to their deadline and we do not refund nor trade them.
Which payment methods do we accept?
The customer can pay with:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard ...);
- Bank transfer;
- American Express
The cost of your order includes the prices of the selected product(s), shipping and VAT. The original price will remain the same if the order was made via bank transfer or even Paypal, even if the price of any of the selected products has increased after the order was made.
What is our return policy?
According to the law, article 6 of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and DL 82/2008, the costumer has 14 days to trade all the received products. Fine&Candy will trade or fully refund all products if the costumer is not totally satisfied, within 14 days, as long as the products are returned in perfect conditions and the seals the products might have are intact.
Note: What is refered above only concerns orders that are made via internet and email. Sadly any trade cannot be made directly in our store. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All products are 100% made in Portugal.
To place an order at www.fineandcandy.com you must have a valid email account. You should then add all the products you want to purchase to the shopping cart, following all the purchase steps indicated below so that the order can be successfully completed.
- Find the product(s) you wish to purchase in fineandcandy.com;
- Add the selected product(s) to the "Shopping Cart";
- When you have finished choosing all the items you want to order or customize, complete the purchase by clicking on "Checkout";
- Register your personal data: "Delivery Address", "Billing Address ", telephone number, tax identification number (VAT) and select a "Payment Method";
- Review your order and confirm it;
- Finish the purchase and proceed with payment, this confirming the order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with details of the payment method you have selected. After payment validation, you will receive a confirmation email.

Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator at the delivery address provided in the purchase process, as well as the corresponding detailed invoice.
Please note that FINE&CANDY reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders already confirmed, in the following situations:
- The product is not available;
- The payment is not carried out using any of the payment methods specified on the website www.fineandcandy.com;
- The payment cannot be confirmed;
- The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
- The bank transfer to pay the order was not received by us in a period of 5 (five) days after acceptance of your order;
- There is an error in the price quotation;
- It is not possible to deliver the order at the delivery address provided by the User.
Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel the order, you will be returned the full amount paid.
The delivery is considered done with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed upon address.

In case of customization of the product with letters and/or icons, we can not accept cancellation of the order or return of the same.
FINE&CANDY shall send the product(s) ordered by the client, from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 7pm, except on holidays, and according to the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the client.
Our delivery service does not include scheduling options, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact from the carrier, thus being necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the order.
In case of unavailability of the carrier to make the delivery of the purchased products on the specified date, the client will be contacted to be given another delivery date.
The delivery expenses will be borne by the Customer. Outside Europe, all orders will have an associated shipping cost, and may require the payment of customs costs, according to the country of delivery.

The prices of the products include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total VAT payable by the client will be indicated on the invoice to be sent to the client.
All prices are quoted in Euros (€). Note that changing the delivery country may influence the prices due to different shipping costs. Customs costs may also be applicable in certain countries and will be paid by the client.
Prices of products displayed on the website are subject to change. FINE&CANDY reserves the right to change prices without advance notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applicable to that purchase.
In case there is an error in the price of the ordered products, FINE&CANDY or the client may, up until the order is shipped, cancel the order. If you need more information on how to exchange or return products FINE&CANDY, please see our Terms and Conditions.
The total price specified in the checkout includes the taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs.
The client must only pay the amount specified in the order confirmation.

Exchange & return policy
1. Cancelling your order before shipping:
You can cancel the order at no cost, provided it has not yet been shipped.
If you place an order and want to cancel it, you should contact immediately our Customer Service and ask for the cancellation via the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. This procedure is essential to trigger the cancellation process. If the cancellation request is communicated in a timely manner, the client will be notified and cancellation will be processed at no cost to the client (Not applicable to customized products).
If the request for cancellation is not done before the products are sent, they will be shipped to the client and charged to the customer.
2. Return of faulty products:
If you find that the products are damaged, we ask you to report the situation, if possible with photos, by sending an email to email@example.com and returning the order within 5 (five) days. The return will be supported by FINE&CANDY. The Refund will be made within 30 (thirty) days.
The customer has the right to return the products delivered if they are found to have defects or other non-conformities.
The receipt of defective items must be communicated to FINE&CANDY by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 (three) days after receipt of the order, including a photograph that documents it. If your claim is justified, the amount paid for the product and the costs of shipping to Fine & Candy's address will be refunded.
FINE&CANDY reserves the right to refuse to return products with visible signs of use or processed.
3. Returning products:
The client may return the product(s) ordered fourteen (14) days after receiving them, provided that:
- The product(s) have not been used;
- The product(s) maintain their original features and labels intact;
- The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned to FINE&CANDY
Not applicable to customized products
The client shall request the return by sending an e-mail o email@example.com explaining why you wish to return of your order.
Once the returned product is received, FINE&CANDY will review and confirm its condition and, where applicable, will refund within fifteen (15) days the amount paid by the client without any expenses.
If the returned products are damaged or worn, FINE&CANDY reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund the client.
